Face to face support to generate sustainable change.
Our highly experienced coaches provide support for individuals in a wide range of areas. Coaching is confidential and objectives/goals based.
Liaison with coachees and their managers ensures that there are clear parameters for the coaching and that the work is always focussed on business outcomes.
ONE-OFF COACHING SUPPORT
We can provide one off coaching meetings of 2-3 hours duration to address specific situations or challenges or alternatively a programme of meetings over time.
We believe that coaching is most effective as a programme over a set timeframe. Coaching meetings at 4-6 week intervals allows for detailed work on approach, attitude and behavioural change, action planning and evaluation.
Each session includes reflection on learning to date and change achieved and successes and failures experienced. This allows for change to be developed and integrated into the individual’s workplace.
Powerful change and improvements can be generated during a programme. Normal programme duration 3 to 8 coaching meetings.
