THE CHALLENGE

A-Gas are a leading industrial gases business operating globally. Their challenge to us was to educate all their stakeholders across the globe in the contribution A-Gas is making to the circular economy. Stakeholders include 800 team members in 12 countries around the world,  Private Equity Investors, local communities in each country and of course customers and suppliers.

OUR APPROACH

Using insights gained from research around the Group we identified two target groups each requiring a slightly different emphasis around the central messages. The first was Investors and shareholders and the second all other stakeholders.

We identified the need for a video based approach which could tell the powerful stories using a combination of animation and live footage from around the world. Animation was chosen for its ability to explain the more complex aspects of the environmental story. The outcome was two versions of a 5 minute video called 'The A-Gas Environmental Journey'.

RESULTS

Feedback from audience groups was universally positive and strong. The internal audience were highly motivated by the video and demonstrated full understanding of it's content, full engagement and a positive mindset as a result of the video.

 

External stakeholders were energised and highly positive about their greater understanding of the business, its Environmental credentials and reported being surprised and delighted by the messaging.
